Dr. Nathan’s academic experience encompasses international business and management studies and has a Doctorate in Business Administration. He has taught in Vietnam, Malaysia, and New Zealand, and he has facilitated modules remotely for institutions based in the United Kingdom, the Solomon Islands, Australia, and Japan. He started his industry role as an HR officer at Ford, Malaysia. Eventually, he took on several human resources roles, including as a Regional HR manager with Brighton Education Group, a subsidiary of Nord Anglia Education. His recent industry role was Chief Strategic Officer for a global non- profit organisation. He is currently a Senior Lecturer at Universal College of Learning, a government education institution in Palmerston North, New Zealand. He also facilitates online Master of Business Administration (MBA) modules at the Australian Institute of Business (AIB), Adelaide, Australia.

Dr. João Vasco Coelho is a highly experienced professional with over 20 years of work experience in various organizations. Dr. Coelho possesses a deep interest in exploring contemporary HRM innovation, labor relations, and organizational development processes. His academic background includes a Work and Organizational Psychology MSc from the University of Coimbra in Portugal (2003), a Work Sociology MSc from ISCTE-IUL in Portugal (2007), and a Sociology Ph.D. from ISCTE-IUL in Portugal (2018). Dr. Coelho has worked across various industries, including both private and public sectors. He has contributed significantly to organizations of varying sizes and scope, from small local businesses to large global corporations including Deloitte, GMS Consulting, VP Consulting, MyChange, Critical Software, IT Grow, Uniplaces, Brighten Consulting, Talkdesk, and Exclaimer. Dr. Coelho’s contributions to these organizations have been instrumental in creating over 2000 qualified new jobs and establishing structures for knowledge transfer between academia and industry. His unique approach to management and human resources has often been described as being and acting differently from other “managers” or “HR persons”, more like “a poet that does management”. As a researcher, he is still trying to handle and contain a reputation for verbosity. Currently, Dr. Coelho serves as the Head of Talent at Exclaimer. Outside of work, he embraces various roles and interests, including being a loving father of three, a loyal friend, a social scientist, a poet, a manager, a DJ, and a long-distance runner.

Professor Dr. N. Panchanatham is an academician with the experience of 33 years in teaching, research and extension activities of higher education in Annamalai and Tamil Nadu Teachers Education Universities. He was born on April 25, 1962 and recently retired. He is a seasoned educational administrator for more than 20 years as Vice Chancellor, Registrar, Head of the Business School, Placement officer, etc. He has 10 years of part time and full-time industrial experience. His Educational Qualifications include M.B.A., Ph.D. (HRM-Org. Behavior), LEAP (IIT-KGP & Cambridge, UK), MICI (USA), SME R&D (Israel), LMI (Hungary), MAFS (Netherlands), M. Com., M.Sc. (Zoo), M.Ed. M.A. (Psych), M.Sc. (Yoga).

In the arena of Human Resource, Organizational and Consumer behaviour research he has published 400 research papers in National and International Journals of Management. He has authored, edited and co-edited 75 books and has received 50 International and National awards, fellowships and recognitions. He has successfully guided 63 Doctoral Scholars, carried out many research projects, and delivered speeches in 1000 conferences, seminars and other academic forums.

Prof. N. Panchanatham has made 56 international visits to speak in academic programmes and deliver lectures a visiting Professor. He has visited 500 higher education institutions. He was/is a member of Syndicate, Governing Council, Senate, Planning Board, Academic council, Board of Studies, Many academic and administrative Committees.

Dr. Hamed Rahmani is an assistant professor at the university and has a PhD degree in public administration from Tehran Science and Research Department and a master’s degree in industrial management from Qazvin Islamic Azad University. He has been a faculty member of Qazvin Islamic Azad University for 12 years and, due to his interest in the innovation ecosystem, he has played a role in organizational positions such as group manager, manager of the management and productivity research center, incubator manager, science and technology park platform manager. He is also the CEO of Rasta Company and has been researching in the private sector for more than ten years due to his great interest in the assessment & development center and production of knowledge management software. He spends most of his leisure time with his daughter Rasta and plays swimming and football.

Dr. Cristina E. Ciocirlan

Dr. Ciocirlan teaches Management and Organizational Behavior, Talent Management, and People Analytics at Elizabethtown College, Pennsylvania, USA. She is the 2015 recipient of a U.S. Fulbright Scholar Award in the U.K., to study environmental behaviors in organizations at Durham University. She worked with local and international banks and consulted with several small and medium-sized businesses. Assoc. prof. Dr. Naoto Kai

Dr. Naoto Kai holds a PhD in Library Science and has been an advocate for the importance of sharing and utilizing research data under proper management in line with the global movement toward Open Science. Ioanna Dimitrakaki was born in Thessaloniki, Greece, on December 11th, 1986 and she currently lives in Serres, Greece. She graduated from Senior High School in 2005 and she studied in the Department of Commerce and Quality Control of Agricultural Products (School of Technology and Agronomy), in the Technical Educational Institute of Western Macedonia, Florina, Greece, during the years 2005-2009.
