Conference Themes and Topics

The conference is seeking submissions related to the following conference topics: Talent Management, Professional/Career Development, Technology and HRM, Performance Management and Appraisal, Recruitment and Selection, Risk Management and Worker Protection, Workplace Topics, Behavioral Competencies, and Equal Employment Opportunity. Other related topics will also be considered.

Submitted abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee. If abstract is accepted, the author agrees to send a full-text paper, including results, tables, figures, and references. All submissions should report original and previously unpublished research results no matter the type of research paper you are presenting. Full-text papers (.docx and .doc) will be accepted by Electronic Submission Form. Manuscripts should meet the format set by the Conference committee and are subject to review.

Important deadlines are:

Authors will be notified of Abstract acceptance within 7 to 14 days. The optional full paper submission, including detailed guidelines for publication in Conference Proceedings, peer-reviewed journals, or as a Monograph, will be emailed within a few weeks after the conference.

  • Registration Deadline: 22 October 2024
  • Conference Dates: 01 – 03 November 2024
